Patio Bartender
POSITION TITLE: PATIO BARTENDER
REPORTS TO: RESTAURANT MANAGER
WAGE: $15/hour + tips
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Your overall responsibility is to consistently deliver top notch service to guests at the patio bar by providing prompt, engaging service and maintaining strong working knowledge of; all menu items, wine, beer, beverages, and daily features, while keeping with Delta brand standards, during all four seasons.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Know standard and signature drink recipes, selection of beers, wines by the glass, and spirits
Prepare drinks accurately and quickly while maintaining a positive attitude and engaging guests seated at the bar
Become familiar with guest preferences of regular and returning guests, offering personalised service
Ensure the bar is fully stocked at the beginning and end of each shift
Ensure the bar area is clean and tidy and that glassware gets washed
Perform all duties in a professional, friendly manner and ensure our guests have an extraordinary dining experience by delivering Purposeful Service

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Consistent adherence to the Marriott brand standards of service
Consistent with guest greetings as they are often the initial face the guest sees
Able to manage time accordingly
Communicate and execute proper Smart Serve activity
Mindful of overserving
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be Smart Serve certified
Previous bartending experience preferred
Pleasant engaging personality
Flexible to work any shift
Must be at least 19 years of age
Must be energetic with excellent communication skills
You must work well under pressure and be a team player
